There is no pier, it's been gone for 4 years. It should not even be on this list if it doesn't exist. Very sad to see and disappointing. Full review by 415robertp

Pier has been torn down!!!! Was exspecting to do some fishing due to past reviews, but was damaged by hurricane and had to be taken down. Full review by Larry C

Beautiful beach!!! There were rip tides so we took caution of course, but I absolutely loved the waves. It wasn't crowded & I loved the company of my family + the amazing sea creatures. Full review by Cgrlmt

Yes you must have a salt water fishing license. You can obtain one from most retailers like Wal-Mart, Academy, etc. We carry ours in our tackle box. The cashier doesn’t ask to see it …

Yes you must have a salt water fishing license. You can obtain one from most retailers like Wal-Mart, Academy, etc. We carry ours in our tackle box. The cashier doesn’t ask to see it but the Texas Game Warden do have access to check anyone. The cost to Bob Hall Pier is $2 per pole and $2 per person. Seniors pay half price. There’s a military discount as well but I didn’t pay close attention to it. Good fishing.
