There are stairs in the building and a few tight & elevated spaces in the conservatories, but this is a spacious, modern facility, so I assume that it has elevators and there is a great deal to see without climbing the stairs. I would call ahead and ask -- the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, I believe that most of the grounds would be accessible -- there are wide, well-maintained sidewalks.
