I called the day we went and paid for a family pass over the phone and used the code they gave me, but when we went in some people were purchasing tickets there. So, as long as they don't have reservations full at the current time then you can buy tickets when you get there. I hope this helps. I'm sorry your call didn't get an answer quickly.
