Cass Township is one of the twenty-five townships of Muskingum County, Ohio, United States. The 2020 census found 1,811 people in the township. A small part of the village of Dresden is located in central Cass Township. Furthermore, two unincorporated communities lie in the township: Adams Mills in the northeast, and Trinway in the north.
