About 30 minutes in, one of the cast declared ‘JK Rowling is a massive bitch!’ Can’t believe the theatre allows bullying of women so blatantly. A mediocre musical let down by its misogynistic tend…Full review by TravelAlice1983

My seats view was the worst I’ve ever experienced in 35 years in London. The rake in this theatre is almost non existent. There were pillars in the way of the stage and an overhanging balcony and the…Full review by L6590CGdavidr
What is the dress code here? Is it a dress, with the husband in a tie? Or are jeans and sweaters ok? Seems in NYC anything goes, but we don’t want to be underdressed in London.

Very casual - jeans and jackets perfectly acceptable
Hi there, We saw The Play That Goes Wrong last night with my 9 year old, which we all enjoyed immensely, with oodles of giggles. Is The Comedy About A Bank Robbery suitable for this age to see? Many thanks in advance

Yes in my view absolutely no problem, loads of clever slapstick stuff. We were there on Tuesday and there were loads of kids under 9 .....

It is purely up to you. Both seating area are alright. At the Stalls, you would have a direct line of sight to the stage. It is good towards the end where there are several 'death defying' high hanging scenes. Provided you are not seated below the Dress Circle. At the Dress Circle, it gives a good view of the entire stage. Some of the actors have some background moves, which may be missed if you are seated in the Stalls. You will need to ensure your seat is not blocked by the support beams. For a clearer picture, you can check out the Stage View Seating Plan of Criterion Theatre via a Google search.
