yes it is a visitor center so you can stop by anytime time taken is dependent upon line ups

We were there on a Sunday and it wasn’t terribly crowded. It is a very large entertainment area that can easily contain a lot of people.

Our experience is that the wait for the train is usually 15 minutes

There are two local buses that stop right at the Plantation. Check the Dole Plantation website under "resources" and it directs you to the proper bus routes and numbers. Enjoy!
