Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?I chose to specialize in gastroenterology for many reasons, which include the variety of gastrointestinal and liver disease pathology and the ability to perform very interesting procedures. Gastroenterology also has a good mix of clinic and inpatient settings.Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?Esophageal and gastric motility, Barrett’s esophagus and gastrointestinal bleeding.What certifications do you hold?I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
