No Christina is the answer. The misses and i are sprightly 60 years old + and the ascent is a real challenge. To be honest i found the decent challenging as well with slippery wet steps.
Hello. There is no public transport to this cave, You can rent a car, scoter, bike, or electric bike. I go on bike, route from Sami take about 15 minutes (4km)
