Sounds like you found it. It’s just a residential street. You park with consideration of the residents and the entrance is right there. It is kind of odd but it seems to work.

There are some steps. Beautiful view of the city even if you don’t get out of vehicle.

No, the trail head starts in a neighborhood with narrow streets. I would not bring an RV to this trailhead.

There are no hours. However, in the dark (at night) would be dangerous. The afternoon will also be quite hot. Therefore, the best times are morning and late afternoon/early evening. …

How long is the hike to the top?
A:
I have done it twice with a 2 year old and pregnant in about 30-40 minutes. We are normal fitness level, healthy and early 30's but not regular gym goers.
