Absolutely lovely park. Great for children and dogs. It has several tracks that you can walk which is very helpful. If I remember correctly they have a play area for children as well.Full review by J B

An oasis of a resource or location for walking or to cycle. It offers walks for leisure or the more strenuous routes. Offers great cross country running too. Parking charges are a bargainFull review by Gavin P

in terms of the wood, not really unless you had something like a 'tramper' or more robust than a normal 'shoprider' type......as the site is on a hillside. The alternative would be to come in from the bottom from the Woodlands estate and just use the central main ride path along the bottom of the wood - that is quite flat and easy going. If you have a normal type scooter then the top path along to the meadow has some splendid views and you can easily turn round on this path and come back to avoid going down any steep paths.
