The museum is going through renovations and most of their exhibits were closed. What we saw was interesting, but I'd defer a visit until the updates are done. Full review by Yael S

You can go anytime to visit the museum. To do a guided tour or hear one of the survivors (highly recommended), call them to find out the times but you don't need a reservation.
