I think you better to rent a car from rental agent available there, normally for 12hrs is cheap enough and including driver so you can also visit another beach/tourism area nearest. Because the beach is on kind of remote are/far from busy street, I think it's difficult to get Grab/Uber/ Hope it's help.

Also, the abandoned Plane Nearby Pandawa Beach in Kutuh, South Kuta, does offer wonderful white cliffs view with Balinese-styled statues carved inside it. But if you would love to seek out some remote, silently hidden places nearby the touristic beach, this abandoned plane would be a good option.
