We were there Easter week. The azaleas were in bloom and some of the heritage roses were as well. There probably won’t be much in bloom in February, but I like visiting gardens in every season. In the colder months, you will see more of the structure or the bones of the garden. It’s a lovely peaceful place that is worth a visit.

I think it was 5$? Free parking. If your a member at your local Botanic Garden then you get in free as part of member perks.
