M3 bus goes from the bus station in old town and goes down Ponce De Leon st. Get off at Diego Rivera. The museum is a 1/3 mile walk down Diego Rivera. M3 bus goes back to the bus station. Fare is 75 cents each way. You need exact change. They will not take a dollar. Uber or a taxi will take you there direct for 20-30 dollars each way. Note: the museum of contemporary art is not far away on Ponce De Leon. See "Puerto Rico Day Trips" for description and information. If you like Art, have time, and are adventurous, the museum of art in the University of PR in Rio Piedras is accessible by the train Urbano. The M3 or the Express bus both go to the Sagrado Corozon train station. Buy a train card at the station (somebody will help you). They take cash and credit/ debit card. The train card is also good for buses. Fare for train is $1.50 each way. Get off at UPR station (first underground station). Museum is the first building on campus. People in PR are very kind. They will go out of their way to help you.
