This is one of 6 building on the property made of adobe mud bricks 11 inches thick. This Cottage is a one bedroom, one bathroom free standing unit and is located in the back of the “U” shape of building and faces the courtyard garden, pergola, 1st Avenue and Indian School Road. This Cottage is located in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale Art District and is only 7 blocks from Fashion Square and The Waterfront District. Only a ½ of a block to Main Street and the Thursday night Art Walk. One block to the Western Museum and the free city operated trolley shuttle. Scottsdale Center for the Preforming Arts is 6 blocks away.
