Immediately north of the Park is Arch Cape, with 5 great B&Bs; Cannon Beach is a little further north and has 14 hotels listed on TripAdvisor. A mile south of the Park is Manzanita, which has 3 places to stay. A couple of miles further south are Nehalem and Wheeler, also with places listed on TripAdvisor. I'd stay south, personally, or in Arch Cape.
