Yes. I did this wearing prescription glasses. I would recommend having some sort of sport strap to keep them securely on your face. Sunglasses might not be a good idea as you are underwater and might be too dim. If you're like me and you have last year's regular glasses in a drawer I would wear those for the underwater portion of the excursion. Also, always take at least one spare pair of Rx glasses with you on vacation in case something happens to your main pair.
