Does anyone know where there may be a suitable place to store bikes whilst exploring the town and beach?
A:
Unfortunately there isn't anywhere really suitable. When we cycyle into Barmouth we chain our bikes to the fence near to The Last Haul Sculpture.

Hi, don’t think you can take bikes on the bus but when we did it with 2 small children we left our bikes in Dolgellau, drove to Barmouth, returned to Dolgellau via bus then cycled to Barmouth. Was a bit of a faff but the children loved it and it meant we could ride the whole of the trail.

Hello, is the trail suitable for road bikes?
A:
It's not a great surface so, if on a road bike, I would suggest plenty of padding and a spare tyre / puncture repair kit
