How much time would we need to visit all of the ruins in Merida?
A:
Hi Greg - just seen this question so I hope it's not too late. The museum is well worth a visit as well as the ruins, so I would say 1.5 days to see everything comfortably and 1 day if you rush!
I am planning to stop in Merida on my way from Lisbon to Madrid. How much time do I need to see the Roman ruins? Do I need to stay the night? Thanks!

To see everything in merida you need a full day,so find a hotel for night,if you book into hotel velada, rooms are ok,but do not use restaurant, over priced and poor quality food, best eat out.
