Hi Brenda..there is an area to meet the shuttle (additional cost) about 20M past the ticket presentation. It is well marked. There is still uphill walking after the shuttle drops you near the palace.

They are good for the day they are bought till Close. The difficult part is choosing a time slot and waiting .
