NASCAR Cup Series officials penalized the No. 19 Bass Pro Shops Toyota Camry XSE team after a spoiler modification was discovered. The penalty docked Briscoe 100-points, 10 Playoff Points, and suspended crew chief James Small for the next four events.

The NASCAR Cup Series points standings have changed after the governing body penalized Chase Briscoe. With the No. 19 team getting docked 100 points, Briscoe now has -67 points and is 89 points behind 16th in the standings (the playoff cutoff).
