Gordon Ramsay is taking things up another level. Fox has renewed his cooking show Next Level Chef for two more seasons. The deal brings the show through to Season 6. In addition, the network is launching a spinoff – Next Level Baking – that will air as a four-part holiday special.

Chef Erin Fouhey has worked under Gordon Ramsay at several of his restaurants, and we sat down with her to get the inside scoop on what it's like.

"My very first job was baking in Paris, and to me there is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread," the British chef said about his new series 'Next Level Baker'.
