The starting price for a production 2025 Corvette ZR1 is $174,995, which, while still considerable, is significantly more affordable than rivals such as the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, McLaren 765LT and Lamborghini Revuelto, all of which are priced much higher.

One of the five wheel options for the 2025 Corvette ZR1 supercar will be unavailable at launch when it becomes available to order in February.

Barrett-Jackson has concluded this year's Scottsdale auction and the star of the night was this: the very first production 2025 Chevy Corvette ZR1. Identifiable by its VIN 001 designation, the Corvette ZR1 was sold at a hammer price of $3.7 million, bought by none other than Rick Hendrick, NASCAR team owner and a prominent car collector.

Hendrick bought the first C8 Corvette for $3 million, and the first C8 Corvette Z06 for $3.6 million, both considerable premiums for a car that starts at $68,300. Barrett-Jackson, which put on the auction, said that the $3.7 million for the latest first Corvette would go to the American Red Cross and auction fees would be waived.

NASCAR Hall of Famer Rick Hendrick has recently purchased the first 2025 Corvette ZR1 for an impressive $3.7 million. This latest addition to his vast collection was procured at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction.

The ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package (TOM), with an MSRP of $8,495, replaces the standard aero package and adds an aggressive, high-downforce rear wing, front dive planes, and a tall hood spoiler. The package also adds underbody strakes to increase downforce.
