Disney's agreement with Fubu appeared to give the green light on the roll-out of Venu. DirecTV & Echostar have written to the court asking to keep the injunction intact.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, DirecTV and Dish on Jan. 7 wrote to U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett of the Southern District in N.Y. to “raise a red flag over the dismissal of Fubo’s claims against Venu and lifting the preliminary injunction on anti-competitive grounds.
