President-elect Donald Trump closed out his "Make America Great Again Victory Rally" address by dancing with the Village People in a performance of the group's 'Y.M.C.A.' disco hit.

On the eve of his inauguration, President-elect Donald Trump energized his supporters, laying out the goals of his second administration, thanking the allies that helped him achieve his victory, while giving hints at the legislative agenda he is going to immediately seek to achieve.

The president-elect hosted the “Make American Great Again Victory Rally” at Washington’s Capital One Arena on Sunday, less than 24 hours before Inauguration Day. As Trump ended his final speech before taking the White House for a second term, the band Village People came on stage to perform their 1978 disco hit “Y.M.C.A.” live.

Kid Rock will also take the stage. Donning a backwards “Make America Great Again” hat, he tells the BBC he’s “feeling great” and will spend inauguration day in his hotel room with "eggs, bacon, and a 40-oz beer" before heading to the inauguration ball in the evening.

Will you PLEASE STAND and, just for one minute…just one… Now, The Village People will be performing at one of Trump’s inauguration events despite having sent the incoming president a cease-and-desist letter in 2023 and supporting Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign.
