Make no mistake, team owner Woody Johnson had plenty to say at the occasion. Glenn and Mougey, respectively, were hired as the new head coach and general manager in New York. Naturally, Johnson had a say in the decisions to hire the duo. Johnson is happy.

Woody Johnson has received much of the criticism for the Jets' many recent miscues, and he admits there's merit to that criticism.
