WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Razor USA Dirt Quad electric-powered vehicles due to a loss of control problem.

Four of them required surgery. Razor USA is also recalling some 30-thousand dirt quad vehicles because of a faulty throttle. The throttle can malfunction and accelerate too quickly.
