Here's a look at how weekly regional gas prices changed in the Midwest last week compared with the week prior.

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - According to AAA Texas, the statewide gas price average in Texas is 11 cents more when compared to this day last week and is 28 cents less per gallon compared to this day last year.

The average fuel price in state has rose about 34 cents since last month. According to the EIA, gas prices across the state in the last year have been as low as $2.61 on Jan. 8, 2024, and as high as $3.65 on April 22, 2024.
