In a Feb. 12 court filing, Joann lays out 533 locations in a list of “initial store closings,” which amounts to approximately 63% of the roughly 850 stores the company reported having as this latest bankruptcy commenced last month.

Joann Inc. has requested court permission to begin liquidating and closing approximately 500 of its stores nationwide as it continues to navigate its second Chapter 11 bankruptcy — including most of its stores in Michigan.

Volcom’s parent company, Liberated Brands, filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this month, leading to the closure of the Coronado Center store and more than 100 others across the U.S.
