Mandy Ma, the wife of Chinese businessman Wang Xiaofei, who was previously married to Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu, has urged the public to direct any criticism toward her rather than her husband.

Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu’s highly publicized conflict with her ex-husband, Chinese businessman Wang Xiaofei, has consistently drawn public interest throughout the years until her death at age 49.

Barbie Hsu’s husband, DJ Koo, may inherit nothing from her multi-million-dollar fortune as she reportedly left all assets to her mother and two children before her untimely passing at 49.

Chinese entrepreneur Zhang Lan, the mother of Barbie’s businessman ex-husband, Wang Xiaofei took to social media to post this statement: “Barbie’s passing is a loss to us all, and is an extremely hard blow to her kids. Our priority now is to comfort and protect the two children. That’s the duty and goals of both our families.”

Many were left shocked yesterday (Feb 3) by the news of Barbie Hsu's sudden death. Her mother has released a statement through Taiwanese television producer Wang Wei-chung, requesting for space as they handle the actress-host's afterlife matters.
