Wisconsin sophomore guard John Blackwell announced he will enter the NBA draft, but retain his college eligibility. Blackwell intends to return to Wisconsin if he withdraws from the draft, but he has until May 29th to make a decision. As a sophomore, Blackwell averaged 15.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game.
