This oversized shrug is the absolute cutest and ... granny square and a couple cleverly placed seams. Bulky weight yarn and an open stitch pattern makes short work of this adorable rainbow bolero.

As you can guess from the name of this pattern, I used bulky (category #5) yarn for this pattern. The yarn used in the sample is Lion Brand Yarn Hue + Me which made a seriously comfy pair of mittens.
