Prioritizing tasks can add helpful insight to your routine. If the built-in Low, Normal, and High options aren't enough, build your own custom priority field.

Set the priority of the email message as High importance or Low importance. You will find these options under the Tags section. By default, all the email messages are set to normal priority.
