Tyler is raising a glass to progress as they broke ground Tuesday on a new 96,000-square-foot Hiland Dairy facility, adding on to the current plant that has been serving the community for years.

Bixby Public Schools (BPS) is working to resolve an issue with the milk that's served in school cafeterias. Hiland informed the district of a production issue that affected the milk's appearance.
