The Hilltop restaurant, known for juicy steaks, a giant cactus sign and a herd of Fiberglas cows, said a dramatic decline in business is forcing the closure at the end of business on Oct. 20.

That's because the recently closed Hilltop Steakhouse in Saugus is about to hold a one of a kind auction. "There's something here for everybody," says John McInnis of McInnis Auctioneers in Amesbury.
