Jason Kelce could not hold back his emotions when discussing Tiger Bech 's best friend, Ryan Quigley, during ESPN's Super Bowl pregame broadcast Sunday in New Orleans. Bech died in the Bourbon Street attack on New Year's Day, and Quigley suffered severe injuries from the attack, as well.
