FORT VALLEY, Ga. — Jerome Williams said his life changed dramatically on January 13, 2025, when he was shot while cleaning and doing construction work at his church in Fort Valley, Georgia.

Tonnie Jerome Williams, 67, died Thursday, March 13, 2025. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. FRIDAY, March 21, 2025 at Jacob Chapel Baptist Church with burial at the Tallahassee National Cemetery.
