Actress Kat Dennings is getting candid about the "very harsh" criticism she received about her physical appearance as a child actor.

The star of the series "2 Broke Girls," Kat Dennings, told People magazine that she was called "too fat" for her roles by casting directors when she was 12 years old.

Since getting her start on the WB sitcom “Raising Dad” 24 years ago, Kat Dennings has seen it all. In a recent conversation with People, Dennings discussed casting directors who were “very cruel” to her even at a young age.
