Fightful Select is reporting that news doing the rounds on Kevin Owens already undergoing surgery is false. Some places had reported that KO went under the knife for serious neck surgery on 7 April.

If it wasn't for a serious neck injury and surgery, Kevin Owens would have been wrestling Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41. He was also set to wear another patented KO WrestleMania shirt at the event.
