The final votes in the 2024 General Election have been cast in a deeply divided nation. There are multiple battleground states in play, including North Carolina. Below are the results of the major races in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Former President Donald Trump won South Carolina on Tuesday for the third straight presidential election. It was a decisive victory with Trump earning 58 percent of the vote to Vice President Kamala Harris’ 40 percent.
