MELAKA: After much buzz about wild boars and macaques in Melaka, an environmental activist from the Portuguese community suggests promoting "musang" (Asian palm civet cats) to woo tourists.

Musang King, a renowned durian variety from Malaysia, has been ranked 19th on a list of the 26 best-rated fruits in Southeast Asia, as voted by readers of international food magazine TasteAtlas.
