Both teams are coming off wins, with the Bills beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 44-32 and the Texans topping the Tennessee Titans with a 16-13 close victory.

Phase Two of concussion protocol involves a graduation to an exercise program overseen by the club’s medical staff. Said exercises may include work on a stationary bike or treadmill, dynamic stretching and balance training—all of which are gradually lengthened and intensified. Players are also permitted to attend meetings in Phase Two.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel has been ruled out of the game against the Baltimore Ravens after leaving in the third quarter with a concussion. Rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders has replaced Gabriel in the first regular-season action of his rookie season.

DeMeco Ryans has confirmed C.J. Stroud's status for the Week 11 game between the Houston Texans and the Tennessee Titans.

The shift of the touchback point has resulted in a massive increase in returns, from 31.7 percent through seven weeks of 2024 to 79.3 percent through seven weeks of 2025. In turn, the number of concussions per 100 kickoffs rose to 1.48 through seven weeks. Through seven weeks last year, the number was 0.29.
