Luke Combs is opening up about his experiences with obsessive-compulsive disorder, or OCD. The country star, 35, said in a recent interview with 60 Minutes Australia that he has lived with OCD since he was 12 or 13. He said he has a “complex” type of OCD commonly referred to as “purely obsessional” OCD, or “Pure O.”

His particular OCD is “particularly wicked” because it’s not outwardly obvious and his thoughts are sometimes “intrusively violent,” Combs said.
