As mentioned above, the Obelisks are new interactable locations that are spread out around the Solar System. You can currently unlock the Mars Obelisk, and the one on The Tangled Shore.

After completing the campaign and collecting the Lantern of Osiris you can activate the other three Obelisks (EDZ, Nessus, and Mars) by speaking with Osiris and picking up the appropriate quests.
