This year's Oogie Boogie Bash at Disneyland is digging up a creepy villain we haven't seen in some time, and I need to stare them down in person ASAP.

The characters on the Treat Trails are the major draw for the Oogie Boogie Bash. Several different villains have appeared over the years, and every year at least a couple of new characters appear.
