A suspect in the homicide of a woman in Bensalem, Pennsylvania was arrested in Trenton early Wednesday and fired several gunshots as police moved toward his home, police in both towns said. The suspect and victim’s identities have not been made public.

Bucks County authorities said Wednesday a homicide suspect was in custody after an unidentified woman was found dead at a Bensalem motel earlier in the day. The investigation began when the Pennsylvania State Police in Trevose received information that a homicide may have occurred at a hotel or motel in Bensalem.
