A Talladega woman was killed when her vehicle crashed into a horse on a Coosa County roadway. Alabama State Troopers identified the victim as Janice W. Bullard. She was 63. The wreck happened at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. 231, eight miles south of Rockford.
