The Argentine Air Force (FAA) has added the Swedish-built Saab 340B twin turboprop to the list of aircraft able to perform logistics missions to Antarctica after a successful first flight last week.

If you want to fly on some rare older props, Sweden is a good place to do it. After flying on the hard-to-find Fokker 50 ( our next goal was to catch a ride on a homegrown plane: a Saab turboprop.
