SANGAMON COUNTY, Ill. (CNN) - A $10 million settlement with the family of Sonya Massey was unanimously approved Tuesday by officials in an Illinois county. Massey, a 36-year-old Black woman, was fatally shot by law enforcement in her home last July after she called 911 about a possible prowler.
