In a bid to provide safer transportation for school-going children, a Lira City-based engineer, Mr Daniel Eyuta, has designed a modified five-seater, three-wheeled, enclosed-bodied tricycle.

The new speed limit applies to all vehicle categories, including motor vehicles, motorcycles, tricycles ... the regulations align Uganda’s speed management policies with global best practices.
